You bought something outright, either a ship or a planetary enhancement. Your lease is basically the interest you are paying for getting the item in 1 turn, all you can do is wait it out.

Leases are sometimes worthwhile, sometimes not, but thats a long conversation in and of itself.

Thank you very much, but also I would like to ask you if you would know why my people are also seem to be upset,I mean you know when you click on a planet to see it's class and all, well when I do this it seem's as though every one of them is between 40 and 70 approvel or morale or whatever! I've got 55 or such colonies, and I have the terraforming reaserch on everyone of the planet's I have (well praticly!) and they still have the same morale! >:( I mean it's enough to make a guy go nut's you know,I thought maybe someone is trying to destabiliez me or something, but I really need some help please! :sniff!:

You might be being destabilized, although more likely you just need to lower your taxes.

This thread has a good explanation of moral:

In my experience once you're done the tech tree there's no reason why any planet over PQ 20 (after all upgrades) should have less than 100 morale. I've got my tax rate at 58% (which gives max returns) and all my fully upgraded planets above PQ 20 are at 100 morale, frequently with as many 85000 million people. The only planet I've capped out the population on (100000) is my PQ 36, and I don't even need all the morale upgrades to keep that at 100 :HOT:

Thank's a whole lot,I think I know now why my expenses are so high.... because every time I but something (which is pretty often!) I chose the lower option on the buying thing that cost's less but last's a lot longer! So I think that my debt has just caught up to me!! >:(

The second option of the four is the least expensive when you do the math, so if you 'must' buy things, I find it's the best way to go.

Not all the time. If the project is cheap, or if you do some amount of regular building on a more expensive project, so that it's 40-60% complete, then the 2nd option is cheaper. Otherwise, the first option is the cheapest.
