help please

i read and read again about some starships i have never seen in the game - dreadnoughts,excalibur and others - i'm new in the game so can you please tell me how to get them,i can't see that tech tree either (:(

Dreadnoughts show up in the midgame (after battleships), while others come later. JavaScout's guide may help you out - take a look.
