Can't locate beta whether Pre release is checked or not

No. If you are using SDC, goto the top click on 'view' then check to see if 'show pre-release versions' is checked.

Yes it is. All I see on the Software link is Galactic Civilizations 1.05.071 installed and underneath it is Bonus Pack, Multimedia, and PDF Manual. There are also entries for Lightweight Ninja (Shareware), Stellar Frontier (Shareware), and The Corporate Machine (Shareware).

Do you have Dregin.net???
Just have to make sure. It looks like others with Dregin.net are having similar problems.
Some Stardock employees probably on it.
