Resources - where are thier affects shown?

I have five mines on economic resources (+37% per mine) (playing gigantic galaxy). I disbanded all five mines, pressed turn, then went around to all the planets and governor screens and saw no difference in any of my economic bonuses or money levels anywhere. The effects of mining resources needs to be shown somewhere just so the players know SOMETHING is being gained from doint it. I am playing version 1.05.

From what I have experienced, there seems to be a lag between the SB loss and the change in the ability screen. Trying pressing turn once or twice more and recheck your economic ability.
