User levels
Shouldn't I be level 4?

Hi.
My Wincustomize accout say I have user level 3. "Past Stardock Customer" However, I'm a ODNT subscriber and have also bought ObjectDock Plus this last year. Shouldn't I have user level 4? My wincustomize account and Stardock account are cross referenced, I tried doing it again to make sure but I got a message that I should enter a different email because the email I entered was the same as the one already stored in the system.
From WinCustomize Subscription Information:
Level 3: Past Stardock Customer.
These are users who have purchased Stardock/WinCustomize products in the past but have not purchased anything in over a year.
Level 4: Object Desktop / Active Stardock customer / Elite User.
These are users who have either purchased Object Desktop Network or some other Stardock product (Stardock is WinCustomize's sponser), or has Apprentice access or higher due to contributing to the site in other forms (making skins, being an active contributor to the message boards, etc.). These users get all the benefits of a registered user plus:
