Research Time to completion reference needed from Gov screen

For Military and Social production this isn't a problem since I can list the planets on the right side of the screen and adjust the spending bars accordingling, but for research I have to flip back and forth between the gov screen and the research screen to ensure that the time left to research is still where I want it when micro-adjusting the spending sliders. Would be real helpful if this was shown somewhere on the spending screen.

Unfortunately, there's no place to put it. And shuffling stuff around on that screen (or any other screen) requires an artist, and our artists are already working on other projects. So I'm limited to what I can change without needing to change graphics.
