Why won't my Stardock Central update???

I've been stuck on Build 16. It won't d/l any updates on my home PC. I have SDC installed at work, and it upgrades just fine.

Finally, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It automatically updated itself, but only to Build 14!!!!

Help please.

What are the version numbers for Build 14 and 16? Sorry but I'm not familiar with build numbers.
