Help (Invalid Serial #)

I bought this game earlier this week, and have been playing it all week. I finially beat a game and it asked me to submit my score to metaverse. Well i go to register a player so i can do this, but it says i have an invalid serial #... i also get the same thing when i try and DL the patch... i did the search function and it seems a lot of people have had this problem. I tried switching my letters/numbers from 1 to i or 0 to o, it still did not work. Can neone tell me what i have to do (i.e. email so and so or take this back to the store for a new copy).

Mail [email protected]. They should be able to help you sort out your problem. They will ask for your serial number just to make sure it is not overly used (more than one person), then will proceed from there. They have been very helpful and friendly in the contact I've had with them.

Agree with Cirrhosis' comments - I also had problems getting everything set up, and Stardock was very helpful.

It's been one day since I gave you advice. How five days can elapse in one twenty-four hour period is beyond me. Just wait, they WILL get back to you.

As for other options, you could return your retail copy and purchase and download GalCiv directly from Stardock.

arg woops..... ment a day..... donno how 5 appeared..... cause i got an auto email sayin they would get back to me within 24 hours
