Anybody can't sleep?

Well it's 12:35 CST here in Illinois, and I need to get up in 4 hours for work. That seems kind o like the norm for me instead of the exception. I catch up (although a myth) one or 2 days a week. I know that people on this site are spread all over the globe, and I have tried to figure out what time someone in Oz might be on here but it seems there are quite a few nocturnal WC'ers so it's impossible to tell. Anybody else stay up rediculously late working on a skin or just shootin the bull on the forums?

It's 2:15 am here... (EST) and this is the 2nd place I come to after my mail... I'm usually lurkin' around here til I scoot for bed around 5:30

7:52PM (AEST) over here in Queensland, Oz ...and when I'm at work, I'm here. ...when I'm not at work, I'm here. (The perk's of being the boss )

So, the only times I'm not here ...is when I'm sleeping.

Last night, I was up until three AM (Eastern Time, US) working on skins, I also submitted Icons for od last night around 2:30. Not to mention went onto the irc chat in SDC to see if anyone else was up. I wish I could sleep more .

So this is how it happens. I'm home from work now, where I was pretendaworking and half asleep. I come in the door, turn on the Vaio, see a cool bootskin and a cool logon, go right to the newest skin that's available, download it, make a screeny, upload it, restart the computer to get the throbber going. I forgot. I need to go to the restroom, feed the fish, brush my teeth, wash my hands, get a glass of water and open the mail. I do all of that while the system restarts and now I have so much energy I'll be up until 3:30 am again. Froggy, what did you do to me?

Jafo is frequently up till beyond 1 am, Melbourne time....which corresponds with 8 or so SD time.... so to catch people like T-Man for bug-squashing and such it's not uncommon to be bleary-eyed till 2 or 3 in the morning.

Sometimes it's 'later' than that....

Jafo, what is your sustenance? What maintains the body when the mere physical need for sleep is not met? Coffee, F1 Pitbabes dancing in your computer room? The love of what you are doing? Do you ever crash for about 12 hours straight from exhaustion?

Dunno, SD .....probably due to slacking off on my actual 'profession' [self employed] to devote time to help with a site and its community that has been a large part of my life/preoccupation for so many years....

On many occasions I'm the only 'admin/wizop' still awake [time zones] while miscreants NEVER seem to sleep at all....
