Help.... with "Premium Suites" questions...

A colleague of mine came over and was thrilled with my desktop..... at the time I was using the "Oxidized" suite..... I went to WC and showed him the suites, but I'm not sure how to answer his questions, so please help me out.
1. He would not be interested in playing with his desktop as I am and asked me it he could purchase a couple of the suites and and just apply them through "display properties" and be done or if he would have to purchase OD?
2. He also liked The "Aquarium" and "Natural Desktop", and asked me if they also have the same components such as 'sysmetrix' and 'dock' and as does "Oxidized" and since I don't have those I wasn't sure if they have them ( he loved the fact that sysmetrix & object dock were functioning parts of the desktop).
