Any ETA on when the Expanded Universe will be out (for us poor people)

Sorry, I've been gone for a bit and am out of the loop. Is the Expanded Universe available to non-Drengin capable people yet?

They have said from the begining the the final free version won't be out until some time in September.

Actually they said "late summer". I guess September just became a summer month! : )
