This has probably been done a bazillion times (at least)

I've registered my player on the metaverse, but I see no way of uploading my scores onto it. Does this happen automatically or what am I missing?

James - firstly, you need to ensure you have an active Internet connection when you finish the game. I tend to play the game and when nearly done, zip out and fire up my dial-in connection (I play at home). I also log on to this site, although I think that's not really necessary. Go back into the game with your Internet connection active and when you win, you should see the 'Submit' button available - you'll need to have your player name and email address entered in the appropriate spaces. Post again if this doesn't sort you out - there are heaps of tech smarter people than I around here!

And welcome! :)

The submission process is triggered when a game ends and you are connected to the internet. Re-load a saved game near the conclusion of the game (the latest version automatically creates an "end-of-game" save just for this purpose) and then play out the last few turns. Once you win the game you should be prompted to submit your score to the metaverse.

If you have any other questions or problems, just post back to this thread. You will get plenty of help, I promise. :)

Edit: Drat, Wild Wombat beat me to the trigger!

Wow, we are up to the 11000 series already in player ids. Just a reminder that you should enter Rabidazell (your player name, and in proper caps) in the submission screen when they ask for alias.

Weclome to the forum.
