I was worried it might distract them from fixing the bugs. In my current game it crashed after I disbanded one of my colonies, and when I reloaded it at an earlier point, the drengin immediately declared war on me. And then there are those little up-down scrolling arrows at the side of the trading windows that disappear if you click on the bottom technology in a long list, and stop you scrolling back up again. As a games programmer myself who's had to meet the strict requirements of idiot-proofing for Nintendo and Sony, I can't help feeling jealous of them being able to get away with such things.
And I've probably already developed a reputation as a whinger for going on about the fleet defence bug even though it's been fixed in the expansion pack (which, like all new versions of software will probably fix the old bugs and add new ones).
If it makes you feel better, here's a phrase from the conquest victory screen that sounds very wrong to me:
'Their score is one that most likely be logged in the Metaverse'


I think I'm better
off when I stick with writing

It's valid as written (although a 'the' between is and one, and an 'is' between that and most would be better; 'which is' instead of that also works), but it does break the context of the game....
