Draginol event = jackpot $$$

I was playing a tiny, tough, abundant as good and got the notice that Lasitus III was going evil. I built colony ships & evacuated the system. Later it turned evil and the Draginol had Overlords in the field. I had a ranger, a few dreadnoughts and 4 full combat transports.
I knew I was toast against the Overloads so I attacked the Draginol planet. But before I did this my ailing economy needed the infusion I usually get from a new minor. The new minor usually gets the tech you have but not the trade goods so I sell the trade goods to the minor. Usually the new minor has 490 to 500 bc and we work out a deal. If I am lucky, I get a hundred or maybe hundreds of bc over 20 months.
This time these Draginol had over 100,000 bc and when we worked out a deal, I stopped at 100,000 bc per month X 100 months. It was still green but I figured that was enough to win the game easily although I probably could have gotten more.
I then blasted the Draginol by invading their only planet and fortunately those nasty Overloads vanished. But, the money kept coming in. I finished researching my techs and put together an invasion fleet to finish the Yor who were still holding out. Then my cash went to over 25,000,000 bc and I thought "Uh oh, am I going to get some anomalous score because of 25 million bc in the bank?".
Finally I gave the Yor 25 million for all their planets, ships, and starbases and ended the game as a military victory with under 1 million bc in the bank. It was a 12k tiny, tough, abundant game. I never have seen a minor do this. Is this a bug for the Draginol? Has anyone finished a game with 25 million bc? Is there a cash limit that will trigger an anomalous score? Thanks.
