Don't let one more defection stop us.. I've noticed a slump in interest yet again.. This is why some ppl join the empire .. simply to discourage others in the empire when they leave.. DON'T let their De-stabilization tactics work.. Its a cheap and nasty trick. It only works if you let it ge to you. They only do it to make themselves feel powerful.

That being said.. I welcome back any x ANZAX's or ANZAC republicans who wish to return. AND Yes our logo definatly changed when i said it did.. to a black kangaroo on a yellow standard with a pale blue/green background. Our motto even changed to "Hop to it Mate!!!" I can't see what the problem was..or why the latest deserter left.

Rainbird did honour the merger. She did close the Australian Republicans... and she did join up with us.
However there was no mention of how long she'd have to stay. If ppl arn't happy here then I can't make them stay. I want this to be a happy and friendly empire.

So lets got on with it and show those Euro's that we are not to be taken lightly

I don't understand any of this.

I can see when other Empires change their logo.
For example when the Evil Empire changed from a black square to a black smiley.
I still see a ship for this one.

When I joined, I had no intention of leaving.
I was not unhappy, contrary to what someone has said.

I was very annoyed when I thought you had welched on the deal to change the logo and then were conspiring to convince me that it had changed.

I felt lied to and I felt I was being treated as a fool.

Leaving was a knee jerk reaction.

I can understand your feelings Rainbird.. However I can Assure you that our logo has indeed been changed.. Please come back..

It may be that your isp has our logo stored in their proxy server. Try going into the options for your web browser and try turning off "use proxy server" then go to your settings for internet cache and tell it to delete all files. then quit out of your web browser and then come back in

I was packing up my computer room today and came across Galciv and Galciv 2 for OS/2. Kind'a brought a tear to my eye ... might have been the dust though

Looks like interesting times are once again upon ANZAC. But I am not worried. I have seen the ANZACs of old ride through hard times and I am sure that the new age of ANZAC will also find a way to thrive.

Just watch out for that Paris Cannon the Euros have whipped out. You got them so stirred up that it might shoot all the way to Montreal! Time to stop crying over spilt rain and get to work playing and recruiting.
