It is still a work in progress, some logistics are still being ironed out. But its ready for you to post stories too. :CONGRAT:

An excellent site, idle!

Hopefully there will soon be a way for different authors to add their own installments to a single story.

Would it help if each author created a "New Story" and them named it something similar to the other chapters. For example:

Theoden creates New Story:
Temptation of the Ring: Chapter One - Interlude

Downie creates New Story:
Temptation of the Ring: Chapter Two - The Wight House

etc.

Would that keep the chapters in place, but still give credit to each individual author? If so, I suggest all authors of the Temptation of the Ring story copy their chapter from what I've submitted and follow this guidline. When a chapter has been added, I'll delete it from my submission, and eventually all authors will get due credit!

What does everyone think?

Good news!!! :CONGRAT:

There is an option in this software for Round Robins Round Robins are stories in which multiple people can add to it.

I have a test story out there so you can see what it looks like.

The only problem that may arise is chapters being posted in the wrong order. It looks like it might take a little coordination to get the chapters in the proper order posted by the appropriate authors.

Of course, if it does get mixed up, an admin can always delete the out of order story and get things back in shape.

Me too, idle - I'm thinking the Posse stuff might go well there but I'd need to to a fair degree of organising. Currently talking to my fellow pirates about this but I'd like to know what's involved at your end. Can you post the details here or email me [email protected] ? Thanks mate :)

Sorry for the delay...

As it stands now...

You must first sign up with a valid email. The software will mail you a password. Once registered and logged in you'll have access to add your stories.

You can look at the category list to see the various cat's and subcat's. These are very flexible and can bee added to easily.

If you want a new category added, please [email protected] me.

PS. all email addresses are locked in the database and not accessible by spiders or robots, do not fear using your email.
