Can anyone explain me how to get to the chatroom? I don't see in the page any links to the chat room.

With Stardock Central, just click on the 'chat' button.

Otherwise, download and install the latest mIRC from http://mirc.com/get.html

Once installed, connect to:

irc.stardock.com
and join #galciv

idle
