This is just a by product of my empire tracking spread sheet that provides the data for intelligence reports above. I generally only post these when something of interest comes up. In your case a large increase in battles foughts (Battles=games submitted)
What it is trying to tell you that the Republic of Aldar is below Gummybears.. oops gammasquad.
All empires are trying to climb above others hence attacking.

193335.0 & 154978.0 shows the score difference of the two empires on the dates to the left.
