Mini Freighters

Ok, I feel very dumb asking this, maybe I am just overlooking it in the forum and the manual. Let me just profusely appologize ahead of time for what is evidently readily apparent to everyone else. How the heck do I build mini freighters?

The mini freighters show up automatically, Grimthryd. Just build a freighter and send it off, and as soon as it establishes a route, the mini-freighters start flowing.
