Color swap in BootSkin

Hello everybody. I am having a problem that puzzles me. I created a BootSkin, the address is Link, but although it is a 4bit 16 colour image, when i use it for my boot up screen, everything turns green. The preview mind you is showing everything OK. Another BootSkin that i made with the same colour depth same method is working fine. I can't understand what seems to be the problem. Any help? Please? :-||
