What are the changes in 1.04? Can I see a list before I install it?

Will 1.03 savegames work in 1.04? I dont want to lose my current game...

Yes, 1.03 games will work in 1.04.

You can see the list of changes under the version link in Stardock Central.

Just to be safe, I would reccommend finishing your 1.03 games before upgrading.

In previous versions, there were changes in the way morale and economy were calculated. So, you may experience a drastic change in your economy or morale. I don't know exactly what was changed in 1.04.
