Mmmm... Do you know that you can see state/country in the profile by just clicking on someone's nick?
Anyway I'm from France, around Paris (west of, inside and east of, depending on the day and hour).

This is the story of the Texan rancher that went to visit his friend in Australia, this texan rancher was very selfish and egocentric, when he arrived to Australia he went to his friend's house, his friend was a australian rancher also. The aussie was showing the texan around the farm and said: "look at our bulls are not they big? The Texan laughed and said: "are you trying to tell me that those are bulls?" "You have to go to Texas to see real bulls, they are the famous longhorns and they are 3 times bigger than yours" Then the aussie showed him some of his chickens and said: "Aren't these chickens beautiful?" The Texan laughted again and said: "Do you call those little chicks chickens?" "You have to go to my farm in Texas and see my chicken, each one weights 25 pounds", the aussie was getting upset with his friend's mockery when suddenly right there in fron of them passes hopping a Kangaroo. The Texan rancher yells: "What in the world is that?" The aussie laughs and said: "C'mon don't tell me that you don't have grasshoppers in Texas?"

OK then here you got some english jokes

1.
A man wanted to drive to Littlemorehampton. He lost his way. He stopped and asked someone,
"Which is the road to Littlemorehampton?"
"Turn right until you arrive at the farm of Mr Humbert."
"But which farm is Mr Humbert's?"
"The one on the corner of the road that goes to Littlemorehampton."

---------
2.
A man and a woman wanted to buy a flat. The agent took them to a cheap flat to look. They did not like it very much.
The woman said, "It is important to know - is it insulated?"
"Yes" said a voice from the flat above them, "But the insulation did not work."

3.
The teacher said,
"Short waves cannot pass around objects. Long waves can."
The class did not understand. The teacher put his hat in front of his face.
"Can you see my face?"
"No."
"Can you hear my voice?"
"Yes."
"What does that prove?"
"You are talking through your hat."

(To talk through your hat = to talk nonsense)

-----------------
Two men were talking in a bar. One said,
"My problem is I do not like my mother-in-law but she lives with us. Yesterday, I tried to solve my problem. I went to the public house and I drank too much. I forgot my problems. But when I returned home - there were two mothers-in-law waiting."

I used to live in Northern Michigan, but there really weren't a lot of jobs up there (especially tech jobs).  When I was a kid, it would snow so much overnight that you couldn't even tell where the cars were in the driveway.  Those were the good old days......
