I guzzle about 2-3 litres of tea a day. I never touch coffe. This in the counrty with the second highest coffe consumption per capita in the entire world!(the highest is Finland)

Dark chocolate and strong coffee... Sounds about right for me when I am not enjoying the other food group: beer.

By the time Friday rolls around (today) I get a bit slap happy and start singing show tunes in my head (at least I hope it's only in my head......)

massive headaches every time you're away from your Mt. Dew for more than a couple hours

Boy do I know that feeling.

Actually, most of the coders don't abuse caffeine too much (except Cari, who can't live without Mt. Dew).

I still don't see how anyone can live without Mt. Dew.... :D

Do you have those naps where you remember doing weird stuff, but you don't know if you were dreaming or you really did it? And you're too embarrased to ask anyone because what you think you did was really, REALLY weird?

Those are great fun. :p

You mean that happens to other people, too? :notsure:

I should be *really* slap happy by the end of this week.  This weekend I got a new printer.....I played with said printer instead of sleeping.....it was worth it, though LOL

I could use a triple shot chocolate espresso right about now....

Actually, I am married (for over 7 years) and have an almost 5 year old daughter (she turns 5 on Saturday).

My husband and I have our own time wasters.  After my daughter was asleep, he worked on trying to fix one of his trains, and I played with my printer.  It's amazing how much "fun" time you have if you don't waste time on sleep LOL  You can see my articles on my blog at: karmagirl.joeuser.com

Gerakken... I'm pretty sure that beer is just a specific instance of the food group alcohol. And not a food group in and of itself. :D

Yes, I agree beer is part of a larger family. Just that I am more likely to be partaking in beer than any heavier alcoholic artillery. :)

Beer=food group
Barley=beer
Since when when was barley not considered food?
Barley sandwiches can fill an empty stomach just about any day of the week.
