I did talk to him last night. Something rather large is happening in his personal life, but he should make you an admin shortly.

Welcome Forester, you are now an Admin. Things have been crazy for me recently. I keep meaning to actually start back up playing again, but stuff keeps popping up. As for the goals of AI, well, there really is not much of one. When I was playing a lot of games, it was just another stat for me to keep. Since Babcom is a good friend of mine, I made him join. Feel free to do with it what you wish. If you do something with AI that I hate, I'll let you know. I'll try to get some games posted soon, and search this thread to see if you have any specific questions.

Sounds good to me. I would like it so that anyone can feel free to ask any question with out worrying that it might be a dumb question. I would asnwer the same question 100 times or more for 100 or more people, and I would like to let people know that they are not going to be looked down upon for asking a "basic" question. I am by no means an advanced player, and I do not have all or even most of the answeres, but I will gladly share anything I know with anyone who wants to. I know Babcom will agree with me on this one. I do not want our threads to contain 'Well that was already posted, go search the threads.' If someone asks, and someone knows, then let us share it, even if it is over and over and over. I know when I started to play, I had questions, but was intimidated about asking. I do not want my Empire to discourage people from asking questions, but instead answere questions so that we can all enjoy the game better. That is really the only main thing that I want the Empire to stand for. Forester, if you want to, you can add to that, you will have no problems from me, as long as we try to make people comfortable asking questions, feal free to do what you wish to develop and expand our Empire.

I wish good luck to your Empire. I belong to one of those "little" Empires striving for surviving.

I have a personalith that says "Help People" so I see me fitting in with what you want no problem.

I look at this thread usually twice a day so I can jump on any quesions in it and I also read what others say so I can give good answers.

Then the question I have to ask myself is: Why haven't I crashed this thread yet? Well, as per Gerakken tradition, you have now been officially crashed. It is good to see some new activity in AI. Was far too quiet before.

Good luck on reviving Adventurers, Inc.! As Gerakken has said, it is good that some empires are seeing activity.

Now to talk to my friends inEurope and see if any of them are interested.

I am guessing not for they are twords a MMORPG.

For safety I think I will install gamespy and see what that chat area has to say.

Fixed 2 booboos and found out haw can upload whatever page I make on Front Page so if you want a specific style email it to me.

Thanks for your hard work. At last check, he was still having internet problems. He is also going away for the weekend, so it may be a couple days before anything happens. As for the style of the website, it looks fine to me. I'm not picky, and I would warrant to say that Okuven isn't too picky about such things either.

There is advertising for a galciv.org sit to host all empires so looking into it.

I have often thought of joining this empire since it has a cool name, but I thought it was dead for a long time. How many of you are active nowadays?

There are 4 of us.

I have made a temp page at yahoo just waiting for the ai.galciv.org page to be ready.

As best I can say AI is a loose group of people who like to look and learn.

We have to deal with other things ofcourse so we will also be working as a help/support group.

Did I mention you guys were the Weekly Spotlight Empire on the Metaverse Review?

I try to spotlight some empires who need a little recruiting help. Can't say it helps any, but hey...your empire's name in lights can't hurt!

Thanks Theoden, even if I can't seem to access the site. As for activity, Okuven and I are sporadically active, generally based on serious time constraints recently. Maybe in December I'll be able to play more regularly. Anyway, I would say Blare is inactive (I don't know him/her personally, so I can't say more). I will let Forester speak for himself as far as activity is concerned.

What I would like to do is add a story of the foundation and start of AI.

Unfortunatly I am not a story writter so send one in.

Another link block/list could be Allies of AI.
