Metaverse score of "zero"

Hey y'all. Yesterday i won my first maso game (tiny); but when it came to the scores i was disappointed to see that i got 0 mpts. Why?
I didn't cheat, unless the ctrl n is one ... :notsure:

I see that you have used version 1.10. I remember seing other posts about people having trouble submitting games with 1.10, but this should be fixed with version 1.11

Try upgrading and re-submitting

Actually i have just seen in the FoTr thread that the problem doesn't seem to be fixed. If it doesn't work (and you haven¨t had the cheat-key turned on). i don't have any idea, but try to search the forum there has been others with the same problem

well, thank you anyway. It was only a tiny galaxy ... would have been worse if i had played for days (and not only 3 Hours) ... i still have my initial starting position which was very good, so i will try again and be cautious with my money . I read that to much income could result in zero scores (and I had about 50000!)..

I think its especially if you get your economy boosted in the begining of the game

It's been a persistent problem for as long as I remember (I've been here since 1.04).

Whatever algorithm Stardock uses to catch cheats is just a bit too sensitive. It seems to strike at random and there's not much you can do to avoid it.

If you "milk" the AI's in the beginning of the game, the first year, you will get zero score, it triggers some kind of flag. I spoke with CarElf about this issue. So avoid milking the AI in the first year and you should be fine.

Or else just spend your cash so that you don't have a huge treasury. Purchase ships and improvements, etc.
