Galcivs v1.11 - i cant download it through stardock

The subject says it all: i cant download the latest patch trough stardock. Why???

Are you registered? Or better say did you register your game with Stardock? You know go to the corner of Stardock where the blue icon like a notepad is and register your copy?

Well, I can see his serial number when I look him up, so he seems to be registered.

But I need more information.  Can you see the patch? Is it giving you any error codes?

Its working now, stardock is recognising that an update is avaliable. Before it didnt.

I cannot download the latest patch either.
Yes, I have registered my copy in Stardock Central and downloaded all the previous patches through it.
When I want to update a popup shows up saying the the update failed and it offers to view the install log.
Guess I should not have updated Stardock Central. It seems to get worse with every patch...

Never mind, I just found out what was wrong.
Aparently Stardock Central can no longer download when I have Proxomitron (a filtering HTTP-Proxy) active. I think it is rather stupid that SD Central uses IE proxy settings when no different settings are specified. At least it should give an option to connect without using a proxy.
