also not submitting much at the moment, exam marking etc. Also just stepped up to maso and keep getting my ar$e handed to me on a plate!! :(

Hmm, I don't expect 1.12 will fix my major bugbear anyway. Namely, vanishing ships followed a few turns later by CTD. With only work around exit from GalCiv and full reboot (windoze 98). Sounds like a memory leak to me!

Quack: a teacher should always know more than the students do!!! (It allows you to bluff them effectively when they ask those annoying questions). ;p

Is it happening because your students are Korean, or that's the only place to get the data? Mate...they may be trying to BLUFF you...those URLs are probably for Korean porn sites....

I really WANT to finish my game and load 1.12. Unfortunately today is Mrs. Pax's birthday and Friday is Ashlyn's first birthday-- playing GalCiv on either day will probably result in my sleeping on the couch.

Hats off to the talented, beautiful and remarkably intelligent CariElf, who once again has come through with timely and comprehensive help. I'm now able to post games again.

Of course, now I'm looking at that fluke Alliance win and thinking about reloading and breaking the alliance just to get a military victory and double the score... ;p

I'm finishing up the last of my 1.11 games, after which I'll DL the new update.
