Version what? 1.12? When I left, we were already on version 1.25! I must have drastically altered the time streams! This threatens the very integrity of the space-time continuum!
I must retrace my steps. Let me see... Back in the original universe, I had just completed stage one of Evil Ray's plan. As the Jedi Repuiblic was four million points ahead of the Fellowship, he had decided that it was necessary for me to sabotage them from within and drive out as many members as possible. Having done that, with partial success, we proceeded to plan B. Using an experimental time machine, I (with the help of Agent Binks) would go back to the late 1990s and create... prequels. Prequels with the power to afflict all who saw them with a creeping sense of doubt and disenchantment. We would call the 'The Menacing Phantom' and 'When Clones Attack'. The Jedi would lose much of their support and their aura of cool from which their force powers flow.
But something must have gone wrong. Horribly, horribly wrong.
Maybe I should go back and try to undo the damage I did. The only problem is, to do so would destroy the current replacement timeline, effectively annihilating everyone who's currently reading this. Hmm... Interesting moral dilemma.

Oh, and I could remind Ray that the reprinting of my early short stories without my prior permission is a violation of international copyright law, unless he can prove that I've been dead for 75 years, but I won't. Too risky, with all this time travel around...
