Anyone having problems recieving the CD when bought online from Stardock ?

Hi,

I'm from Belgium (Europe) and upto now didn't receive my CD I ordered - it's not a big one because I can play - but even after sales@stardock told me they would resend the CD I still haven't got it. I ordered the day it was possible to order online.

I wonder how long it takes for a package to arrive and if anyone in Europe has had similar problems ?
