Score not submitting!

The first game I finished and submitted a score for, it updated in the Metaverse. After that, I downloaded some stuff from the Library but didn't change anything else. Now the last four scores I've submitted say they were sent, but they don't show up in the Metaverse?!?!?!

Has anyone else had this happen, or know what's going on so I can fix it?

Mods alone shouldn't have an effect on a successful submission. Some MIGHT have a game effect that trips an "Anomalous" flag, but the game would still show up on your list with a zero score.

You should check the usual suspects first. Make sure that your game submission alias exactly matches your "player name" - in your case, "Shadow77." Nobody seems to be sure if this is case-sensitive, so it's best to play it safe. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you submit using the one that you listed on your stardock.net account.

If you've changed your player name or nickname lately, do a search for the old one in the Metaverse and see if your games posted there. Many people accidentally change their player name instead of their nick, not realizing that this also affects game submissions.

If none of this works, I'd suggest an email to [email protected] . While you might not hear back from them immediately (this being a weekend), Stardock's tech support is generally very helpful.
