Keep playing after victory?

In Civilization III, once you win the game you have the option to keep playing anyway. Would anyone else like to see this feature in GalCiv?

For Tech and maybe Alliance-Victory aswell one could think about something like that.

The only way to play any further is disabling these V-conditions...

Well, a while ago, I did Sort of find a bug that let me play past the end. This was on patch 1.5, so i'm not sure if it's still there. You'd press the esc key while the summary was up showing that you'd won. Then you could save. Load that save and you'd have one more turn.

I would like to play after winnig to see for new techs etc...
