Stardock is making my computer crash.

I don't know why it happens but everytime Stardock is installed on my pc. My pc crashes and repairs himself from a serious failure after restarting my pc.
Today it happened again, I installed it to download V1.2 of GalCiv. And when I restarted, my pc showed that error-report for Microsoft.

I do have Seti@home installed but I'm not going to uninstall it for a game, no matter how great a game is.

Does anyone know an explanation?

I don't see how Stardock Central could possibly be related to crashing a PC. It downloads files and unzips them essentially.
