Math in the metaverse ???

This has been asked many times, so here is a breakdown.. I'm sure Ray will put me right if I miss anything out.

Your score is calculated in blocks of 30 days from your last submission.
1st Bock today to today -30 you get your full score divided by the square root of the number of games in that submission eg.. if you scored 90,000 points and submitted 9 games it would equal

90,000/3 (sqrt9) = 30000

the next block of 30 days today-31 to today -60
works on the same principle but the score is multiplied by .95

using the figures above as a guide

90,000/3 = 30,000*.95 = 28,500

each block of 30 days gradually reduces by a factor of .05 until up to 10 blocks I believe when the scores no longer count.

The profile score is calculated in a similar fashion but the reducing factor is .10

Thanks Jaws, this is quite understadable, i don't know why it is calculated that way but that is, i think, a question for the programmers, it doesn't seem very logical to calculate scores like this, to me.

I've an Excel spreadsheet that'll check scores.
