no mods - completely straight up - what trigger an anomoly???

could be something as simple as a planet getting too high a pq. what size map were you playing? an anomaly is triggered when the game thinks you have 'cheated' in some way. either by using a bad mod, or enabling cheats, or game goes on for so long planets get too big.

Not accumulating too much money in your treasury early on in the game would help prevent such anomalous scores.

As mentioned there is a PQ trigger as well but I think people usually trip the money flag instead of the PQ one.

no. i don't think so. what does it do?

Megatron, you need to have enabled cheat keys in the main menu in order for Ctrl_something to work (except Ctrl N). Checking that provides a 0 score.

If theres no mods, then the PQ cannot be causing it. I distinctly remember CariElf saying that the PQ trigger was triggered by the civ-wide ABILITY for PQ, and not the actual PQ of the planets.
