How to give my document the right size in Coreldraw?

Good evening everyone ! (Belgium: 22.41 hours)
I'm having a questions for those who are used to use coreldraw for making pictures and others. I made a little thing in a document in Coreldraw. But the problem - if it can be called "a problem"- is that I finished my work and the document is larger than the picture. Assuming my picture had a size of 200 px on 300 px how can I make my document page smaller so that the picture fits into it? And what if I don't know the size of my picture ? And I also know there is a possibility to make your background transparent... how ?
These questions may sound simple ... I'm sure about that but I'm used to work with photoshop and I'm just starting to use Corel...
... maybe i could consider to buy a book ...
