No not technically, but you must remember as both our empires are evil, we both have different ideas on the qualifications of evil, and we both seem to not like competition (this is very true of me) however now that the original aggression has wound down, I would like to say that it is good to have another evil empire out there in the meta rather than relying on the Drengin and those semi-evil empires. *cough* GROSS *cough*

Yes well, i only got GalCiv in september (i think, i work nights so i never know what day it is), i ve been playing 4x games for moons, ths is easily the best ive seen. And as i said normal players or above and at least one weekly pure evil score submitted, so i dont expect to get many, if any, responses :D

But ... if there is anyone reading this that would like the challenge of joining then dont be afraid of the smell of burning round here ... If the empire does actually gain a member or three i might even use my non existent talent to make us a page somewheres ... :HOT:
