Galciv in a window problems?

I used to be able to run GalCiv in a window with no problem. But now I cannot. Anyone else have this problem?

Make sure your video settings are 1) 16-bit color (won't work in 32-bit) and 2) resolution over 1024x768. That's always what catches me when I'm not looking.
