Patch sizes

I am thinking about picking up GalCiv from a local store and I was curious as to how large the game's patches are. Would I be able to download this stuff over dialup?

I have dialup and I've had no problems with download times. I think the longest mine took was maybe 15-20 minutes, but that's not bad.
