Technology Explained reference

I find the scroll up and down keys work way too slow for looking through researched tech. For example, I just traded for Terracomputers but it takes about 60 mouse clicks to navigate down to the description (no matter how I filter it). Is there some kind of quick reference that explains what the tech does (I have the actualy tech tree pic). I looked in library and encylopedia and didn't find. Thanks.

If you go to the encyclopedia top corner to the left and go to the fansites you will see this website with good info

My computer does funny things when I try to edit from work, I think that has something to do with firewall. I dunno.
