You can't propose new laws in the UP or in the human senate.

Les lois sur lesquelles portent le vote des Planetes Unies sont choisies par le jeu aleatoirement parmi une liste preconstruite. Comme le dit Mayito7777, tu peux, avant de commencer une partie, ajouter des lois dans cette liste en utilisant un editeur.

Theoden, Babelfish is not much better than you, it should read "as a frenchwoman, please".

Your french sentence should be written like this "en francais, s'il vous plait"
