Widget ActiveX Problem

Hi, I'm new to skinning and I'm having a problem with a few of my widgets. I downloaded the GT3 stuff and when I load the weather, email, and media widgets (all the ones that go online) I get this error:
ActiveX component can't create object: 'WScript.Shell'
Line: 60(This obviously varies between widgets)

It's the same error for all 3 widgets, I tried disabling all the ActiveX security settings in IE and that didn't work so I don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions?

You need to upgrade your installation of the MS scripting libraries more than likely. Try this:

2000/XP
