Can modded games be submitted to the Metaversa?

modded games are fine to submit as long as they havent become anomalous. ie as long as you have a score at end of game you are ok to submit. mods tend not to affect the overall genetics of the game as both you and the ai can use them.
all mods at unofficial site have been checked for viability.
