Piss in the corner

movie stars and t.v. actors don't look right anymore,
there is an homogenization going on that is sucking the character out of
culture, like scrubbing down a copper statue of it's green patina,
Da Vinci veneers on every smile, even the bad guys,

it feels like everything is going for symmetry, no crooked faces or
knurled fingers or potbellies with hairy chests, no realness to grasp,
all the nooks and crannies are empty of dust and life's collections,
any woman with cellulite is guilty for failing to schedule liposuction.

I'm afraid I need an extreme makeover, but I don't think those guys
have a chance with my life. I like my cracks and belly, I like my long messy
hair, sometimes I like it dyed "after midnight blue," and I swore off gyms
years ago,

I owe my good looks to God and good chemicals,

so I don't think I'll make it in Hollywood; I don't think there's enough
body putty to make it happen,
so, I will mourn the loss of character of both culture and myself, but I'm still
gonna piss in the corner.
