What is highest PQ you have seen in a game, with and without Mods?

It might be interesting to see what the highest PQ planets you have seen. In a game yesterday, I took over a planet from a major with a PQ of 106. The game had all the Mods installed.

Are these astonomic PQ values Metaverse compliant?

Which mods do you recommend?

Is there something like a mods pack or do I have to download them 1:1 from the Library?

I just finished a game and took over a star system that had a planet with PQ of 120! wow :D
