Planetary Specials

Hope I can ask this correctly: Do all planetary specials affect that planet only, or do some have a universal effect? For example, does "starship bonus" refer to all starships you build anywhere, or only the ones built at that planet? Same for "research bonus," etc. Some specials are obviously planet-only (planet quality, etc.) but I wonder about the others.

Nope, they're all on that planet only. Unless it's something that affects your treasury, of course.
