Metaverse not getting scores?

The last two games I've played I went to submit my score, got the "it's all good" message and then checked only to find that my score hasn't shown up in the metaverse. :notsure: I checked carefully that I had used the right alias and that the email address field was correct. Wondering if it would help if I uninstall and reinstall. :notsure:

no it wont help. i believe that there is a small prob with SDC computers at moment. drop Cari an email and ask her to look into it for you. Cari's_Email

Could you try giving me that address again? It shows as Cari@Email, which I don't think is a valid email address. :) If it actually is correct, sorry for being stupid. LOL

Quite surprised to see the problem still unfixed. Guess developers are working on Alien Prophecy? (Note: link from main website says 'Propehcy'. Bad, bad Stardock!)

Quite frustrating as I have played 3 games successfully at Crippling level (all Genius) this month, and not a single one has shown up. My most recent score is still from mid-December :(

A-ha! After upgrading to Drengin.net for the upcoming Altarian Prophecy, I ... did not convert my serial number.

Yes, silly me - read about it a long time ago and as it was not mentioned at the time of the upgrade, I simply forgot about it.

Note: MS SQL Server sucks. Or DBAs that run them tend not to throw enough resources at it. I received database timeouts several times before finally managing the score conversion; good thing all my games survived.
