  • To me a member of the Diplomats you must have an alignment of Neutral, Chaotic Good or Chaotic Evil
  • The use of terror stars for military strikes must have the backing of the empire senate before you can use them.

It happened to me after the damn snow. Some freak accident they say. Two lines or something crossed and the power went out ALL in Harford County (MD).
