In the absense of the remaining two senators i am invoking emperors privilege and using my two votes to push the bill through. If the remaining senators vote for the old logo, then it wil be reinstated at a later time.

Here's a thought. Spellforce, any chance of using your newfound powers and influence to get Stardock to change the coding for posts to use the full-size Imperial logos - 32x32 pixels? It would only add 12 pixels to the height of the "ribbon bar," but it would make most of these a whole lot cleaner-looking.

The ribbon bar still uses the full-size graphic, but artificially shrinks it to 20x20 - so, it's not like they'd need to change the coding to point to another graphic entirely, just get rid of the scaling.

But in retrospect, doves typically imply pacifism, and I would argue that the Diplomats are not necessarily pacifists. (In fact, it is hard to carry out certain kinds of diplomacy if everyone would know you are a pacifist.)

OK. Since I have posted the motion on the website at work and that the motion is send to my personnal e-mail, some delays are needed before I respond to my notion.

BTW, due to the various timezones in which the senators are (I am in France and I suppose that some are in USA), we shouldn't expect that all senators votes in less than one day. It could be seen as senators send on diplomatic mission to areas so distants that communications need some delays :)

agreed i will change the site to add a time posted section and time zone section.

We will allow 24 hrs for senators to post replies. if only 2 have posted replies then they will have casting votes. :)

Question, if a game is going in a different direction (as a newb to the game, I'm not yet very good at turning things around, yet) and a culture victory would be easier to achieve, can I post those scores to a different alias? Is that possible? Or is it one player per CD key, or can I have another alias for culture victories? And how would I go about that?

most of the time its from public domain sites on the net. couple have bee 'ripped' from sites, but i do try and get permission to use graphics if poss. ;)

You are our last member of the senate :) This basically means you get to vito senate submissions that have come from the website. Or you may agree to them.

Please choose a custom grapic for the website for by your name. Is it ok to add you to the senate form on the site? This will entail you receiving an email from the form if somebody petitions the senate for allowance/ new law/ changes etc.

There is but its risky at best :(

You could always petition the senate to agree on cultural submission :)
