Install from library

I downloaded some files from the Galactic Library, and saved them on a floppy disc. My problem is I am installing the files from the floppy disc onto another computer that has Galactic Civilizations installed. Can I do this and how.
(The computer that has Galactic Civilizations installed isn't connected to the internet)

yep should be no problem

save the files from the disc onto the destination pc.(somewhere like my docs) move the files to thefollowing location "progfiles/galciv/data" file. Or if the new machine has upgraded to 1.13 put them in the mods file.
