Minor Races Question

I'm trying to achieve a culture victory (Tiny/Simple..Newb)and was wondering if is it to my advantage to trade for minor races' culture influence points. Not sure how the culture influence works with the minor races.

I've never played for a cultural victory, but I think it would be to your advantage to aquire as many points as you can. :)

The influence you trade for has nothing to do with the influence used in cultural victory. The influence you trade only applies to UP votes.

LOL I started playing in June and I just found out what trading influence points are for! Not my playing style, but thanks just the same Geoffrey! :)
